Student Council meeting
Thursday 5 March, 12:00–14:00
Target group: All students
The STuRa of 2025-2026 is coming up and as always, we will provide plenty of cake!
In this meeting, we will discuss the topics that are floating around in our department to find a consensus between us as students. Japie will relay our arguments and opinions on these topics to push for change in the direction that we as students want. The topic list is shown below:
- AI in education
- Study rooms (for which we need you to fill in this survey Study spaces on campus – Fill out form)
- Master retention (i.e. bachelor students continuing in the master)
- Why is our bachelor not 5 stars in the NSE (national student survey)
- Organization of feedback (on the courses)
Further explanation can be found in your email (if you are a Japie member), canvas announcement or at the meeting itself. Other topics can always be brought up in the meeting in the 'any other business' section.
We as students tend to underestimate how important our voice is in the affairs of the department or our education, but let me tell you this: If students want it, they will change it!
