Ho Ho Ho and hello, hungry Japies!

On December 17th, the ChefCie will once again be preparing… you guessed it, our annual Christmas dinner! We hope you’re reading this in a wonderfully festive mood, because the ChefCie is cooking up something truly delightful!

We’re beginning the evening with a warm and comforting classic straight: French onion soup. Picture caramelized onions simmered to perfection, rich broth, and a golden, cheesy toast floating on top—simple, soul-warming, and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Next, we journey to Italy for a hearty main course: cannelloni. Think tender pasta tubes filled with a rich, savory stuffing, baked under a velvety blanket of tomato and béchamel sauces until everything is bubbling and irresistible. It’s the kind of dish that feels like a hug on a plate.

To finish the night on a sweet and sunny note, we’re bringing a tropical twist to Christmas dessert: mango cheesecake. Creamy, fruity, vibrant, and refreshing—proof that festive desserts don’t always need cinnamon or snowflakes to shine.
