Board & Wervingsdagen Infosession

Even though we have the feeling the year just begun, we are slowly starting to look for enthusiastic students that would like to do a Japie board year in the academic year 2026-2027. Even if you might want to do it a year later, it might be nice to already obtain some information about it. We hope that, with this, we're giving a bit more space to plan your study in your own way.
Visiting this presentation comes with no commitment; it is simply a way to learn about what doing a board year looks like! The possibilities for international students will also be explicitly covered, such as the size of your board grant for students with higher tuition.
Besides this information session, the board also invites you to join us for a board-for-a-day session. During one of these orientation moments, you can join one of the board members in doing their daily tasks to see what being a board is like. Ask the board member that you would like to plan an orientation moment with, and they will plan it with you!
Secondly, there will also be a presentation given by Wervingsdagen, who are responsible for hosting the country's largest technical career expo and other career-oriented events for all students in the TU/e. Wervingsdagen also organizes workshops for improving career related skills and interviewing days, where students can ask professionals all their burning questions and find jobs.
