Department CE&C: People Dashboard Session #1

The Department of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry is excited to share an important new initiative: the People Dashboard!
The People Dashboard that everyone creates together will help us understand what truly matters to our people; how we experience our culture, what helps us thrive, and where we can do even better together. The department is inviting colleagues from all parts of CE&C to join as volunteers and share their thoughts on what makes our organization a great place to work and study. Your input will directly shape how we collaborate, communicate, and grow together.
Two sessions in total will take place. The first of these sessions (18 November) will involve the discussion of the people-centric top factors related to work/study happiness. A resultant survey will be created from this discussion, which will be sent to all department members. The second of these sessions (4 December) will then discuss the results gathered from this survey.
