The ChefCie proudly presents its first activity of the year, an evening where you’ll get the chance to indulge in a delicately crafted 3-course dinner menu boasting a blend of multiple cuisines. This is also a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the ChefCie, discover the fundamentals of its operation and warm up your taste buds for the exciting culinary experiences that will follow throughout the academic year.
In this busy quartile, where we often find ourselves with too much work on our plates, the ChefCie alleviates the stress by offering plates decorated with delicious comfort food. Our evening menu starts off with a rich, silky-smooth Dutch mustard soup followed by a special Portuguese Chicken à Brás which packs a ton of flavor. The dinner ends with our light and sweet rendition of the Sharlotka, an apple sponge cake that is a staple of Eastern European cuisine. Seats are indeed limited for this evening, so make sure to sign up in a timely manner!
