As the academic year is coming to an end, it’s time to celebrate together at the BACcIE–FMC BBQ! Join us for a fun and relaxed afternoon filled with good food, drinks, and even better company.
We’ll be firing up the grill at the Flux field, where you can enjoy a variety of tasty barbecue dishes while spending time with everyone one last time this year. Whether you’re coming for the food, the vibes, or just to sit back and enjoy the sunny weather, this is the perfect way to close off the academic year!
So bring your appetite and come hang out with us, we’d love to see you there!
The food packages are as follows:
- All-Meat: sausage, burger, chicken drumstick, chicken tandoori skewer, cherry tomatoes
- Chicken: chicken skewer, drumstick, chicken tandoori skewer, paprika, courgette
- Vegetarian: Vegetarian burger and sausage, mushrooms, paprika, cherry tomatoes
- Mixed: spareribs, chicken skewer, mushrooms, paprika, courgette, cherry tomatoes
Volunteers: To set up this great event, we need some volunteers for the BBQ. If you volunteer, you will also receive compensation! If you are willing to help us, you can fill up the form below according to availability and we will get in touch with you.

- Minimum participants: 5
- Maximum participants: 200 (Draw will take place in case of oversubscription via our Domestic Regulations)
