On the 25th of April ExxonMobil will come visit Japie. ExxonMobil isone of the world’s largest publicly traded energy providers and chemical manufacturers and develops and applies next-generation technologies to help safely and responsibly meet the world’s growing needs for energy and high-quality chemical products.

Over the past 135 years ExxonMobil has evolved from a regional marketer of kerosene in the U.S. to the largest publicly traded petroleum and petrochemical enterprise in the world. Today they operate in most of the world's countries and are best known by familiar brand names: Exxon, Esso and Mobil. They make the products that drive modern transportation, power cities, lubricate industry and provide petrochemical building blocks that lead to thousands of consumer goods.

ExxonMobil has had a continuous business presence in the Netherlands for more than 120 years. With activities that include exploration, production, refining, marketing and petrochemicals. They operate a refinery in Rotterdam; three chemical plants located in Rotterdam and Europoort; and a lube oil-blending plant in Pernis.
