All plastics should be circular. BlueAlp’s ambition is to make sure this will happen as soon as possible by offering the most economically attractive and most sustainable technology in the market, at global scale.

BlueAlp’s revolutionary technology upcycles plastic waste into a valuable new feedstock, reducing our dependence on virgin oil and new oil extraction. The patented BlueAlp slow cracking process guarantees high-quality pyrolysis oil in combination with low energy use.

BlueAlp was founded in 2015. The company launched its first pilot plant in 2014 in Switzerland, followed by the launch of the first commercial plant in Oostende, Belgium in 2020.

BlueAlp designs and manufactures the pyrolysis units in-house. With 10+ years’ experience in the advanced recycling market and ~80 employees based in Eindhoven, BlueAlp is perfectly positioned to serve petrochemical companies, refineries, waste managers on their journey to valorize waste and make plastics truly circular.

We would like to invite you to our lunch lecture with BlueAlp and share our exciting progress towards achieving plastic circularity!
