Chemelot Talent Office
The Chemelot Talent Office is an initiative of and for (process) technical companies that want to enthuse, captivate, bind and develop talent, as a connector between talent and business in a sustainable way for Chemelot and the Limburg region.
Chemelot Talent Office is the central point of contact for the Brightlands Chemelot Campus and the Chemelot Industrial Park.
Chemelot Talent Office focuses on:
- Chemelot management traineeship
- Recruitment for partners on the Chemelot site
- Educate lateral entrants to become a process operator B/C
- Talent Acquisition; represent Chemelot Talent Office at various schools and universities by joining career events, job markets, etc. Especially targeted on pupils and students from primary education to universities
We support various startups and international organizations located on the Chemelot Site, including Sabic, OCI Nitrogen, Fibrant, Arlanxeo, Intertek, DSM, Anqore, Borealis, Vynova and USG.
