BuMaCie: Crossing Cultures

Friday 22 February, 17:30–20:00
Participant contribution: € 3.00
Mandatory payment before subscriptions close: no

Did you know our Master students come from more than 15 different countries? Is the composition of your group of friends still rather uniform? The BuMaCie wants to cross cultures with our next activity! Through authentic, home-cooked food and interactions, you will have the chance to learn about the cultures of your fellow students. In addition, you may get to know your classmates a little better!

The central part of this activity will be a cultural game in which you learn more about other cultures through icebreaking activities with the other participants. There will be plenty of opportunity to interact with the other Master students, your friends as well as with the people you do not yet know.

During the activity, we will collectively enjoy a home-cooked Indian dinner and a homebaked Dutch dessert. What better way to learn about different cultures than through food?! There will be vegetarian and vegan (dairy free and egg free) options available. Please inform us of any other dietary concerns.

The activity will end around 20:00. Afterwards, you are welcome to stay for some drinks and socializing.
