DESCRIPTION:As the new academic year begins\, the board of Jap
	ie also begins a new chapter! Come celebrate the c
	hange of boards\, on Thursday the 3rd of September
	\, together with the 69th board and travel to Maas
	tricht to lay a wreath at the statue of Jan Pieter
	 Minckelers! After this\, we will continue the cel
	ebration with a wonderful three-course dinner at r
	estaurant Café Charlemagne. The options for each 
	course can be found listed below. Vegetarian optio
	ns are marked with a “(V)”.\n\n \n\nStarter (
	served with bread and butter):\n\n·       
	Beef carpaccio with truffle mayonnaise\, sundried 
	tomato\, Parmesan cheese\, rocket and capers\n\n·
	       Small Goat&apos\;s cheese salad\; mi
	xed greens with a creamy goat&apos\;s cheese\, red
	 beetroot relish\, walnuts\, a mixture of seed and
	 nuts (V)\n\n·       Small fish salade\; m
	ixed greens with smoked salmon and homemade tuna s
	alad\, radish\, egg\, kapers and lemon mayonnaise\

	oked medium\, served with warm vegetables\, chips
