T.S.V. 'Jan Pieter Minckelers', abbreviated as 'Japie' is the study association of the Department of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry at Eindhoven University of Technology. The goal of Japie is to look after the interests of the faculties students and give them the chance to develop themselves personally.

BuMaCie Chinese New Year

CNY The second BuMaCie event will be held the 7th of February. This evening will be in theme of Chinese new year. The activities are:

1) Hands on sushi making and tasting of your own self made sushi

2) Demonstration on how to cook a simple wok dish followed by tasting

3) Learn how to use chopsticks to eat

4) Lastly the first inaugural "BuMaCie Chopstick Frenzy Competition" with small prizes to win.

Subscribe at the Japieroom before Friday 3 February. Costs of participation is 5 euros.

Na het gezellige apres-ski feestje is het nu tijd voor een wat sportievere activiteit. Daarom heeft de eerstejaarscommissie besloten om te gaan bowlen! Op 8 februari zullen we de bowlingbaan onveilig maken en er gaan geruchten dat de discobol zal draaien. Kosten voor deze activiteit bedragen 5 euro en eten vooraf is inclusief. Ben jij eerstejaars en wil jij jezelf graag kronen to koning van de bowlingbaan. Geef je dan voor 3 februari op!

we_want_you Dit jaar willen wij jullie natuurlijk trakteren op allerlei activiteiten, maar hierbij hebben wij jullie hulp hard nodig! Zo zoeken wij nog op zoek naar lustrumcommissies. Zoals jullie weten is het volgend jaar het 11^e lustrum van Japie en om dit lustrum vorm te geven zijn wij op zoek naar een groep enthousiaste mensen die graag zitting willen nemen in de lustrumcommissie. Als lustrumcommissie heb je de vrijheid om activiteiten als een openingsstunt, gala, een grootsch lustrumfeest en reünie te organiseren. Ook zal er ter ere van het lustrum een lustrumboek worden uitgebracht. Als lustrumboekcommissie krijg jij de vrijheid om naar eigen inzien een mooi lustrumboek samen te stellen. Wil jij dus meewerken aan een spetterend lustrum, geef je dan op voor de lustrumcommissie of lustrumboekcommissie!
